Buy new. Expensive, yes. But, they are new, 100% tread, and you know where they have been. Sell the R4's on the open market. The tractor dealer needs to make his money off a trade; he can not give you what you would get by just selling them.
Only thing is, then you have to get the new tires and rims, on the tractor before you can sell the R4's, unless you want the tractor sitting on jackstands for a while
