I have both a set of R1 and turf tires for my 3320 and I have gon to using the r1 pretty much exclusively. If my yard is dry it does not tear it up. If it is wet it does. For every thing else the r1 tires are the best (loader work, etc)
Yes, they carry weight better, but that doesnt necessarily mean they are best for the job. Pushing is inherent in loader work .. actually kinda paramount. R1s will Push. Running R1 fronts at maximum pressure or a couple psi above is usually adequate for the heavy lifting.I thought R4's were the best for loader work...Carrying the weight better???![]()
The answer is a R4 and then take a tire grooving tool, and cut 3/8 inch grooves in the lugs and you will have the best all around tire.
