I would think as thin (well ok it's not real thick) as the metal is that holds the bolts to the radiator (if you aren't worried about the radiator) just drive a wedge between the bottom of the radiator and the bracket and bend the heck out of it, you might be able to bend the metal that holds the carriage bolts enough to get it to slide it side ways to take it off. In theory (for the record I just replaced mine, the guy I got it from had a massey radiator with no shroud on it) the think might have the rubber washers (hard by now I'm sure) that you might be able to get them to break up and then slide the thing side ways. the dremel with a cutting wheel is not a bad idea either
