Randy, while you are taking pictures, try to get one of the tractor loader valve and the 3 function valve. Just want make sure when we draw the connection to include the 3 function so everything works.

Randy,

After looking at your pictures and the manuals, you will need to order the power beyond sleeve assembly and install on the backhoe valve. That part number is #4698.

You also will need 3 hoses coming off the backhoe valve. A power hose, a tank hose and a power beyond hose. Failure to use the tank line will make the relief valve not work.

The pressure relief is set to 2500PSI on the backhoe from factory. This should be checked and I would lower it to around 2100PSI to help protect the loader. Again, it will be easy to damage the loader with the backhoe mounted on it. This model can be mounted on the back of your tractor if you order the correct mount from Bradco.

I have made a PDF file that shows the correct plumbing when backhoe is installed. You need to use quick connects that allow for the hoses to go back like they are now when backhoe is not installed. If you need further instructions, I will PM you my phone number.

Thank you for your help and time,would you put the backhoe on the rear of tractor instead of front.If so would it be the same hook up?

I definitely would put the backhoe on the rear and yes I would use the same connection. The only thing that I would consider is if I knew for sure the backhoe was the last valve in the series, meaning I could somehow get power after the 3pt valve, then I would not need power beyond.

However, connecting at the loader valve is probably the simplest way and the diagram I posted is the only correct way to do that.
