Hello JM,

I have a customer running an SR-80 with a Loftness Carbide Cutter (CC is best for quality, price, features, support and reliability in my book) and he loves it. He does not tackle to large of jobs but his machine is manuverable, quick and leaves a great finish product.

Good luck with the SR-80.

I'm anxious to find out (next week) how you like your FTX90L? I've been researching that particular machine and it sounds great...a little less HP than the ASV but the option for rear hydraulics/accessories. Will your machine have steel tracks or the optional rubber tracks? Did you consider the FTX100L? I would like to demo the 90L alongside an ASV. Don't forget to post some pics.

We have a 148 Coming out in the spring with Loader Arms and 148 hp JD
It will also accept all other univeral skid steer attachments .

Complete Equipment

While I like the FTX 140, it is too much of a single/dual purpose machine with out any loader arms...only a mulcher and stump grinder. While I do alot of mulching, I still like to have the option of using my shear or grapple on small lot clearing jobs...

I would love to see an FTX 140 with arms, but after talking to Greg Henry at Fecon, I think its a long shot...someone else on this forum might know more...

I'll take a look at the FTX 100 vs RC-100 when I get back east in the summer...to me the main drawback of the RC is the lack of a pressurized cab...

Hi Guys,
New to the site, but seeking some help. I bought an 2006 ASV100 with mulcher for resale, and I can't seem to get the thing started. When I bought it, they supposedly had to bypass a safety switch, as there is no door, however I wasn't there when they did this. The machine seemed to start in my yard no problems, but someone moved it around, and now the unit is dead. I'm assuming it has something to do with a safety switch? Does anyone have any insight. The batteries have power (I know I'm a salesman, but I at least know that much!). Thanks!
