I got the blade with my new tractor from the dealer. Really happy with the Branson so far. I didn't even look at the rear blade as it was not on the tractor. Dealer said he would warranty it. Just have to bring it back.

Not pushing backwards or anything. Going pretty slow. Less than 5 mph. Didn't even feel a thing. That Branson with the cab is a tank.

Whatever...... I would consider a few more $$$ and a better rear blade. However, the way it's stove up - looks like it was being used to push.

I see warranty. Great stuff. Good dealer support.

Easy peasy, so get another, just the same.

I like forty year old blades, for this reason. And they are dirty cheap. Heck, I have one I never use, that I was going to make into a grader and got it for FREE.

Even with my heavy duty Rhino 950 - I simply reverse the blade, drive forward. If the idea is to simply smooth things out. It's just too easy to hook up on something and cause damage.

Good for the dealer to take it back. I'll bet he will be better informed on how to match up a rear blade to the tractor weight from now on.

Looks like a junk cheap blade. Quick googling shows maybe 190 pounds for the 5' blade??

IF so, you have WAY too much tractor for such a cheap and light blade if you are serious about working it in the dirt.

It really doesn't take a lot of weight to create a lot of inertia with a bit of speed.

Funny thing is. A guy could try a thousand times to hook something with the corner of a blade and not be able too, but have no trouble doing it (first time) by accident!

I hear Rolls Royce even has a warranty now because of some problems they have had in the past with their vehicles.
