Rear wheel weights

Should have bit the bullet 10 years ago but I didn’t until now. Didn’t want fluid in the tires so I bought 6 107# weights for my kubota L 5740.

I bought weights a few years ago for my L3301. Before I got them using it was like a carnival ride; the rears were constantly in the air. Eventually I will have mine loaded when I buy new tires, but what is on it now are so weather cracked that it isn't worth it.

Nice. I have the rear wheels filled but I’m also thinking about adding weights. Can you give an idea what those cost?

$1250 including mounting hardware and shipping. 10 years ago would have been considerably cheaper.

Did you get these through Kubota? I've been wanting to add iron weights to my L4060 for years. I think it's time I bit the bullet also.

Got them from Taylor Foundry Weights in Wichita Falls Texas. For me they were several hundred dollars less than dealer but living in southern Kansas shipping was only about $160.

Still probably priceless if it keeps you upright.

That and with front end loader on had no traction dragging equipment

Weight is great. I like my tractors heavy and my chics light.
