Redneck Band-Aid

While working on our house project, my BandAid wouldn't stay on so I enhanced it. Worked great.

I resemble that title. I've used duct tape, electrical tape, and super glue in a pinch.

I use black electrical tape. :thumbsup:

or PVC glue, it only stings for a while. lol

Good point. Rings can really cut off your circulation.

I've had two ring accidents over the years....both were pretty painful. In the first one, I hooked my ring on a bolt which extended from a big old garage door as the door was lifted by a HD motor/lift. It picked me about 5 feet off the floor before I slipped off the bolt. Pretty swollen....but no "impact".....on this event. My finger got a little larger for a few days.

On the second event I was standing high on a ladder....taking off our boat canopy....and reaching way too far out when the ladder tipped. Again I hooked my ring on the threads of a bolt as I swung by my ring finger. At the peak of the "swing" the bolt let go and I landed on my back with a thud. The flesh from my finger was over the top of the ring....and a Dr had to cut the ring off due to the swelling and dis-located flesh. NOT A GOOD SCENE ON THIS ONE.

I still wear my wedding ring tho.
