where have you been, beginning to get worried, no posts for 3 days, glad to see your back at work , well, chat later, I have to feed the 4 personal & 4 boarding horses in the barn, and wax my 2 sets of oars, I figure the Fisherman who charter my boat, if they will ROW the boat I'll give them a discount , might be tough trolling for salmon, but I'll give it a shot

Sorry UncleBuck 01, don't worry so much about me, was out deep sea fishing and there wasn't any internet out in the ocean, only fat groupers and snappers.

Yup, fed all the horses early this AM prior to the sunrise, but gave one of the Boston Whalers to the daughter's family for Christmas.

BTW, none of our Chevron stock says anything about Chavez or CITGO, could you please elaborate on that connection you posted about earlier?

And guess what, in spite of your dire predictions, prices are going down.....

The local news in the SF area says the refinery was going into a planned shutdown.

As a chemical engineer, I know they do this periodically for planned maintenance & upgrades. Also, this is the time when a fire is most likely, for a number of reasons.

They may be down a little longer than planned, but I doubt there will be much effect on gas prices.
