Replace 3032e?

Load the tires! My Kubota L3200 (direct competitor to yours, same weight & HP) with R4s went from traction limited to HP limited as soon as I finally got the tires loaded. I could spin the tires with my box blade without a lot of problems. After loading the tires most of the time the engine starts lugging before tires start slipping.

I have bigger and smaller tractors. Your tractor is about right for your lot. I like what the fellas said about loading the tires up and going backwards. Don't use 6 ft attachments for this tractor - unless you are pushing medium to light. It is a five foot machine. I may replace my smallest tractor 1050 with something like what you have. Work it!

Good advice except for the rear blade, you need a 6' blade for angle.

When I got my 3038e, I had a 6 foot box blade used on my previous, larger tractor. But the 3038e actually handed it pretty well on flat gravel and ground. But it just could not pull a full BB up a hill - wasn't heavy enough. I moved down to a 5 foot BB and it does fine, except with some really loose gravel on a hill. I have a 7 foot blade and it handles that easily. The 3038e is the same as the 3032e, but with a slightly larger engine. They are good tractors, but don't have the weight to do really heavy work with large implements - but you can usually break up the tasks to smaller implements anyway.

I have a 6' box blade & back blade for my L3200. I wish I'd gotten a 7' blade, but am content with the King Kutter box. The box works well enough, although a 5' one of the same weight would probably dig a bit better. I can pull a full box with the rippers part way down. I'm not overflowing the box or pulling dirt to the tires, but it does a decent job.

I actually just added a hydraulic angle cylinder (and skid shoes) to my RB1672. Goes well with the 3 spools & TnT I installed, that TnT makes the tilt on the fancier blade rather moot. The blade works decent for dirt, but I wish I'd gotten the 7' instead of 6' for dealing with snow. I might end up adding on some wings or something for that. Hydraulic ofset would be cool, but to expensive for my use & I'd need to add a 4th spool or something.

Yes and no. For grading, the "T&T" is all most anyone needs. But for ditching, you still need to tilt the blade more that what you can get out of the hitch. Because I don't do much ditching, I left the tilt of my Land Pride RBT45108 for manual adjustment and have the offset and angle hydraulic.

It's not just the fancy blade that you are getting, but weight. An RB1684 weighs 319lbs where as the RBT3584 weighs 709lbs. You can get a whole lot more out of the heavier blade and have it be dependable vs just adding weight to a lighter weight unit.
