I don't, but FEL raises faster at 2,200 rpm than at 1,800, if not a lot at least noticeably.
Larger cylinders lower more slowly, too. Even with regen (sucks when bucket is empty) there's more fluid to be moved through hoses, ports, valves to the other side of pistons.
