replacement Pulley

trying to locate a new pulley for a cessna hydro pump on a Johnson Work Horse Mod 27 loader. 6 in dia,7/16 keyed shafy

Have you tried Mcmaster-Carr. I'm not familiar with your pump but I buy pulleys for different applications and they carry almost everything I've looked for. There site is long and might take a little bit to find your pulley but they may have it.

If you order from them you won't know the shipping cost until you order but it's always in line.

Yep McMaster Carr or Grainger will be your best bet.
