Yes sir. Got a quote of 14,900 for a TT75A in East Texas. Going tomorrow to make sure... I've seen a 15,500 quote in the Brenham area.

NH
72 hp Iveco, 30in tires... A little cheap on some things though. Not a TDD.

Didn't know about the JD rebate. JD powertech engine turbo charger WOW!!
750 Rebate!!! There's my new fence!

Don't understand the sad comment. I am so happy I can't sit still - getting some American Iron. Thought I was going to have to settle for second best.

Keep us posted on your happiness. Things are not always as they seem.

My last Allis-Chalmers wasn't an Allis-Chalmers (5015) - it was a Hinomoto! My last John Deere (650) was green, but it could have been red -- it was a Yanmar! As far as I can tell, not one part of my Mahindra came from India -- but lots came from the U.S (Kansas, Ohio, and Texas??). Things are not always as they seem.

All have been good tractors.

I checked on one of those price leader NH tractors. The dealer wouldn't even sell me one. He said the ones they had out in the field had tons of repairs and the owners were quite upset. NH puts their stencil on the hood but not their parts. Also check parts availability. If they have them now, definately a few years later they won't.
Anyone have experience with the Kubota knock offs ?

You won't have parts availablity problems with Deere. (cost maybe, but that's a different issue!)

What Kubota knock offs?/??

I hear you about the NH TT75 - earlier model, only 50HP, mahindra style shifter in the middle of gearbox, bad hydraulics etc.

The TT75A is the new one. true 72HP, same hydraulics as upper line. etc etc.

Made in India in a plant owned by CNH, open 8 years, sends tractors all over the world for years. Perfected and now coming here to address the competition from the other Indian makers.

John Deere got it right from the beginning. At least with the 5003 line.

Every aspect of this is great. Competition works baby.

My thinking, and I may not be right until I see the tractor, is that the TT75A might have the goods and resale might just be great.

Look at the 675 Farmtrac Perkins Diesel, Carraro trans/rear - not bad!!!
72HP 12/12 shuttle 18K! Can't do it though. Out of my budget.

Come on now about the Kubota knockoffs. You trying to get my gander up?

Three different Kubota dealers told me they started carrying Kubota 15 years ago to fill a SCUT void. That's all Kubota had at the table.

I grant you that Japanese manufacturers are good, the quality is mesmerizing. But not one of their tractors has been an original. I am sure you know that.

There was an interesting post at the Farmtrac thread about the 655/675 tractors having factory installed front locking differentials, that were not even advertised. Look under bonus at the Farmtrac thread. I've always liked the Farmtrac...good stout tractors. :)
