My wife spent yesterday morning harvesting rhubarb at my grandparent's house (they are in their 90's). Got 13 quarts after cleaning. Most of it is in the freezer waiting to be made into pies and strawberry/rhubarb jam. Grandpa loves rhubarb and has been growing it over 70 years. He has trouble eating hard food any more so my wife made him some strawberry/rhubarb jello today and it is good.
