Ripped sidewall on r1 tire

Sounds like an R4 spec. ... Actually 35psi is to much pressure to use in any tire for AG use. If doing loader work the fronts, if R1, should be inflated to max or more.
These numbers are out of the owners manual and the factory service manual.
For R1s or R4s?

R1 at 35psi. R 4 are higher. I believe in the 40 psi range
Must be with loader. Theres no excuse to run even a front AG that hard unless youre doing loader work. ... If youre using a loader go by OEM pressure spec or higher.

If you maximize pressure beyond tire specs, you run the risk of splitting the tire especially with loader work. Does the oem specs from the tractor company make mention or apply to a certain ply tire? Were the original fronts 4 or 6 ply tires? My manual ( Mahindra) matches almost exactly to the maximized pressure of the front ag tires. (29 lbs)

I just noticed something. The new Carlisle tire is 3/4" smaller in diameter than the used Titan hi traction on the other side. When i looked up the specs they were listed within 1/10" of each other. Not sure why the tire is different than the specs but does the 3/4" matter?

Not when you're in 2 wheel drive. In 4wd, could raise an issue but it might take a while.

Acknowledged. But the tire undergoes a lot of stress if it deflects too much carrying loader loads. Over time the carcass accumulates critical damage and results in a tire thats dangerous to pump up. Routinely bumping the pressure to support the load well, up to 10 or 15%, is a better alternative.

In a few days they will be closer to the same size as the new tire will stretch with use.

Makes sense. ... Have you experienced this much expansion in a tire this size?

OE IS a 6ply Titan at 35 psi. Sidewall says 28. I replaced it with a 6 ply Carlisle. Same specs

I can't comment on a tire of this size at all.

I didn't like the narrow 27x8.5x15 tires on the front of my 4410. I bought a set of 12 inch rims from John Deere that had the same bolt pattern as my 4410. I made them an inch wider and mounted 26x12x12 tires on the rims. What I noticed over time is that the 26x12x12 tires grow enough so that there is virtually no difference in size compared to the original tires. Especially if you ask the tire shop to install tires that are taller so that they match the original tier height. There is probably two inches difference in height between a "small" 26x12x12 and a "large" 26x12x12. It just depends on the tire manufacturer.

Back to answering part of your question. A cheap 26x12x12 can "grow" up to about an inch higher after using it for a few weeks.
