I've heard that we're starting to get gas shipments from overseas because of the attractive price here. The refineries being shut down was a pretty big deal, there aren't really that many of them and it takes a while to start them up again after they go idle.

$1.699-$1.859 here (MN) for regular unleaded, $1.499-$1.549 for diesel.

I'm glad I got one of those roll-up toneau covers for my truck, I'd say my mileage improves about 5% with it closed vs open.

I need to get more info on it, but here in Missouri, QT wants to sell fuel below cost. I believe, though, that Missouri has a law stating that they cannot. Something about wanting retailers to stay competitive. I guess that would put the smaller retailers out of business, but we need a shake-up in the fuel industry. "Oh, my nose itches, let's raise the prices!" Bunch of BS if you ask me!

Count yourself lucky Gary, I paid $1.95 for regular unleaded in Monroe last night. Last weekend we drove from Seattle to Boise, I saw diesel for as low as $1.45 at a couple truck stops, but gas generally started at at least $1.80.

I was in San Francisco last week and the price for regular unleaded was $2.07.
