Hi everybody looks like you have got something good going on here, and I would love to join in.
I am a farmer/small contractor starting up in West wales, I and my wife have just moved to a small farm here and are taking the big step of going it alone.
We dont hae much, , we have a 1996 John deere 6600 with a front pto and hydraulics, A new 2012 dump come flat trailer with ramps made by Evans trailers, 1996 Matbro 250 16000 hrs. 2010 CAT 302.5 Excavator , protech 300 contractor post knocker and a old ford 4000. there are a few other bits but not much. Im not sure what I am supposed to put on here really, but Im sure ill learn in time. A must also add that I have never been on a forum before.
Some of the work we do is Hedge cutting, Pasture topping, Fencing, Dump trailer work, Tractor and driver work, Material handling, Excavator work, e.g opening ditches landscaping, putting down cables etc. We also tidy up fields etc by cutting back hedges, opening drains and re fencing etc which comes under our paddock maintanance.
