Rock bucket

I'm back to searching for the perfect rock bucket for my use. My use > I use a slanted landscape rake to windrow rocks until I have a pretty good row of 2-4 inch rock ( mostly).
Then I want to use a rock bucket to scoop up the rock, shake them separate from the dirt and ditch em someplace. Usually in a rut where the water's been running off.
A long story shortened. I bought a Titan Toothed rock bucket that was not right for my use. Then I modded it and modded it some more and finally it was still just not right - so I sold it to somebody who had a different use in mind.
I believe I need a smooth edge skeleton bucket about 72" wide.
Does anybody have a favorite manufacture that makes a bucket that fits my needs?

That looks like it is working good in that soil.

Depends on your budget. If it was me and I had 10k laying around doing nothing I'd buy a Rockhound and call it a day. I need one too and I'm trying to justify buying the Bradco which is 3 times the price of the Titian and 2 times the weight. Also, I only have a TC 45d to mount it on no SS.

Flip Screen looks pretty cool, but they are 20K. If only the rocks, you were picking up were made of gold it would be a no brainer.

You have the implement to windrow the rocks. Clear the land and windrow to a designated location. You can now continue to develop the property. You can remove the windrows later when you have the required implement.

This is what I ended up doing on two plots - one acre each. I ended up removing the windrows by manually loading into my tractor bucket. Life is not always a peach.

I also use the rake to windrow. I had some success with a drop in for my grapple to screen rocks that are larger. I ended up building a grizzly and then ended up working pretty well. Used old lumber, a couple bed frames and some old fencing and now get just dirt in one pile and rock in the other. Have to run it through 2-3 times to get it that clean due to my clay and weeds.

Also, Ends to cap your rake may help actually keep the windrows functioning. Mine work, but start leaving pile after there are so many rocks built up which makes me need to do it all over again.

Good picture. That is my recommendation too. I am now on my third rock bucket, and the bradco round time is far and away the best. Rock buckets look very similar. If you don't have a lot of rock work to use, the flat bar beats a regular bucket. But the round time is noticibly better. It is also slightly longer tines, holds rocks better, and the spacing is better.
Houle makes one very similar.
I'll include a flat time just to compare.
Normally I see flat time types for about $1000. The round time type can cost twice that.

I never have used a flip screen. Love to try one sometime.
