It was a very small adjustment. Here's how: 1. I cut the thin wire factory lead seal that passes through the hole in the end of the throttle stop adjustment screw. 2. I loosened the locking nut that holds the throttle stop screw in place. 3. I loosened the throttle stop screw about 1 turn. 4. I tightened the locking nut. 5. I fired up the engine and verified that it would rev to 2700. 6. Done! That's it.
