I saw those videos a while back. Theres several models. Some are like a big core drill. Some mounted on mini Excavators.

Theres a video of one working in a tree farm. Could see it in that use after the trees are cut.

Pretty sure they build a custom heavy duty subframe from front to back to run the auger. Spreads the load around to the whole machine. I also think that Bi-Directional PTO is required as well.

Seems like the debris is much larger than a regular stump grinder and would take longer to decompose. I am sure it has its place though.

Very impressed with the speed of operation. I removed a stump the size of the one in the first video with a bobcat mounted grinder and it took about an hour.
