It was previously under a gravity wagon.
I am also calculating the approx weight of the 9 (or 10) x14 chicken coop build for backup information.
The one difference of the coop build will result in a perimeter load vs uniform load from a gravity wagon load of corn, etc but still calculating weight as mentioned above.

If you have beams long ways down the wagon with joists perpendicular, like you would if it were a hay wagon, the load is going to the same points four points on the running gear.

It may not matter, but I picture that gear allowing whatever you build on it to flex because of the way it's made. The tube connecting the front to the rear will not be as stable as a full rectangular frame. With the axles unsprung, each wheel will rack the frame as it encounters high or low spots. Going chicken tractor speed it might not matter much.

That is indeed how they work. Whatever is sitting on the wagon should only be attached to one axle. The other side slides up and down in the uprights as the frame twists. If it has a building on it, the building needs to be still enough so it doesn't come apart from the twisting.
