Ruptured Middle Finger Tendon this afternoon

My biggest concern is not pushing it too far in the future... didn't think I was doing anything wrong which is what confounds me as I did it to myself.

Hope you're healing well. Sometimes occurrences like this are good looking back on them, time to reflect a bit, needed rest, see who's there to lend a helping hand, catch up paperwork or maybe time for someone else that maybe needs something other than a physical "hand". Maybe this won't get you too far behind as it seems you're always pretty busy.

Hardest part has been saying NO... not something people hear me say.

Just not going to risk healing by off-loading a pallet or dragging things up the roof on the ladder...

You are right in that some little aches and pains have almost disappeared...
