Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to let everyone know that my new BX2660 with 60" MMM, FEL, and front mount snowblower arrived from a different dealership last week. It is in much nicer condition than the other one, and boy do I like it.

What a machine!

Thank you everyone for your support and insight throughout this process. Now I hope to learn from the forum and hopefully help other out as I learn for myself!

Dunlapjc- I'm a newbie here and have learned quite a bit from your thread. My wife and I are about to pull the trigger on a new BX2660, and now I feel more informed about what to look for. Glad you stuck to your guns, and finally got a new machine. Congrats!

Even though you had a bad experience, I still would consider the original dealer a "good" dealer. They agreed to take it back and try to make good with you by fixing and repairing it. For most customers that would have been sufficient. Since you were still not satisfied, they agreed (perhaps reluctantly) to take it back and cancel the contract. That to me is still a good dealer. I'm not saying you are a bad customer, but I think you probably both win here. You don't have to think you were stuck with a lemon, and they don't have to think they are going to deal with you every week when something else breaks or gets scratched on your "lemon".

Glad to hear you have a replacement you are happy with!
