Same 3 Point Hitch for BX22---->BX25?

And to be clear, just how many times have you taken the BH off your TLB and used the 3ph?
That's not the point.
The point is Use it or not why would I want to pay for the 3 point later when I got it free with the tractor ?

Sorry, your logic escapes me on this one.
Why would you even want a particular implement if you're not even going to use it?

Perhaps alot of these BX25 owners will just simply buy another tractor w/a 3ph, you know, so they don't have to swap implements.......

The 3PH came with my BX24 and I've used it several times. Right now the BH is on, but the 3PH will be on next weekend for some final grading.
As much as I wouldn't like the idea of spending $150-200 for the 3PH, it's still a bargain compared to having two extra tractors, one for mowing and one for the 3PH.

That's not my point.
The issue is Kubota is now charging extra for what was free with the tractor.
It has nothing to do with how many tractors are owned or if you will or won't use the 3 PH.
It's sorta like bying a car and not getting a spare.

Gawd help me.... but I agree with Lbrown59.:D
If the tractor has the 3pt hitch capability, it should come with the 3 pt hitch.
Having a dedicated mowing machine makes life a lot easier for me. Having to remove the FEL and backhoe from my BX23 every time I wanted to mow would get old really fast, and leaving them on to mow would end up costing way more than the second mowing machine with all the damage I would cause. I can understand why Kubota is trying to keep the cost down, but I think some of the changes they've been making in the past couple of versions is going to hurt their reputation. Just the fact that people are complaining about the lack of the 3 pt hitch catches peoples attention when they are considering buy a new machine. Just my 2 cents.

Well, one can only tell what your point is by your very frequent postings and, to that end, your continual point seems to be 2 fold,
1) no matter the post, we'll all know for the umpteenth time how much your BX23 cost.
2) no matter the post, we'll all know for the upteenth time that you purchased two more small tractors because you don't like to change implements.

If you want to debate the reasons why Kubota now charges for an implement on their new BX TLB's, an implement that you've never used as well as apparantly many other BX TLB owners, then I'm sure you can make your points without having to mention points 1 & 2 above.....

Oh and it's nothing like your comparison to a car, as a BX TLB will work fine without a 3ph (you know this btw) and isn't needed in the case it breaks down.......

1*Smart people do.;):)
2*Wonder when they will make the same mistake with the other BX models?
3* One reason I chose a bx1500 over a jd x700 was the three point came standard on the BX1500 but cost extra on the JD.

gasp! tsk tsk! can you call a machine a tractor if it doesnt have a 3 pt hitch ?
before we go way off the point, but for $200 dollars for a 3 pt hitch  well , its kinda hurts in the wallet- we not able to get another implement due to that cost. I rather spend thee money on making my tractor useful, but if i gotta spend moeny to make it useful, some of us will have to suck it up.:( i just hate the thought of doing that due to fact my bx24 came with 3 pt and BX25 models dont. does this make me a bad person? we beating this subject to death- and there seems no other alternative to this.

1. I agree with Lbrown59. If the BX has 3PH capability. it should come with the gear.
2. As much as it would be nice to have more than one tractor, I don't see it as practical. Sorry, LBrown59. If I got a second machine, it would be a zero turn to mow and the BX would be a TLB
3. As much as I like busting LB's chops, that's a Brookkynism, I don't mean to transform the thread to an LB bashing thread.
4. This should give LB some more ammo for that 10000 mark.
