I used to drive past that on the Brooklyn Queens Expressway. Never knew what it was but thought it odd that a big industrial plant was smack in the middle of one of the largest graveyards in the USA.

The guy in the second pic obviously has no idea what he's doing. As for the first pic, sure, there really should be 2 straps on each of those things but it's probably one of the least bad photos in this whole thread unless I'm missing something. The straps are tight, heavy duty and centered on each piece.
