What seems stupid?

Reaching into your vehicle with a dog there.

A while back somebody posted a picture of a tractor trailer load of logs which didn't appear to be tied down. A was just going through my old files and found this;

At first glance you don't see them, but there are cables going over the load.

I actually had one of my German sheppards subdue an overly aggressive town cop that approached me on foot and decided he was going to try to stick his finger in my face as he rudely talked at me!

I only wish cell phones were around then so we could all have a laugh at the facial expressions on his face after I called the dog off and let him up off the ground!

Even better would be to see the look on his face after my discussion with the Mayor about the officers actions and how he treated the person who was responsible for training the next K9 for the department.

A little tip when the dog wears a vest marking him as a K-9 in training don稚 approach with an attitude you will not like the dogs reaction!

I've had ongoing theft problems with my panel van to the point tools inside are in a locked and bolted job box and padlocked chains for air compressor and generator.

Even with all this I have had the front windows popped at the Box Stores... but the SF Bay Area is ground zero for smash and grab

I think that I'd put some bogus HAZMAT stickers on the van ... corrosion, toxic, biohazard, electric shock, or whatever ... that might keep them back, dash cam the back
door,

Not quite the same but when I went into Home Depot a few months ago there was a woman standing near the entrance with a puppy on lead... next to a sign which read "Service Dog in training, please do not pet." Everybody walked passed like she wasn't even there and I couldn't help thinking that she was doing a good job of training the people.

That wood is split and average 5 ft long. What can that be used for? Boiler fuel?

Actually it's 8 foot, I suspect that it was to be chipped to make pulp for papermaking.
