I did see quite a bit in that list that relates to me but I swear I am not that sort of person at all

My shop does not look like that........ However - guests have been surprised to find out where the "outdoor bathroom" might be AND that I swim in the buff in my lake.

Like the man said - "my land, my rules".

Out the back door to the right, under the big 'ol arbor vitae.

Something like that - BravoXray. Around here it's likely to be at the base of the big 'ol pine tree.

I'm the only one that uses my tools. Don't put them away properly - I'm the one who has to find them.

Normally, I put my tools away before I leave the shop for the day. The exception is if I'm not done with a repair project, and will need the tools to finish the job. Like the Poulan chainsaw I am presently trying to get to run, and that would be testing my religion if I had any. No one else uses my tools, and there are only a couple of people I will lend tools to, necause they are family, and I know where they live.

Just put it on a T-shirt that you wear every day for full immunity.

My dad rarely got angry, but not putting his tools away roused the wrath of Jove. I'm still using tools he stamped with his initials in the 1950s. Come to think of it, I need to buy a new pair of sidecutters. I still have his old ones, but they are almost worn out. You have to use sidecutters a lot to wear them out, but 70 years will do it.

Some years ago I figured out the difference between the social life of men and women. Women will make plans to meet for lunch. Men will buy a half rack and hang out in the garage.

I have a 40+ year old pair of Craftsman side cutters that I stopped using because the joint was so loose it wouldn't cut anything smaller than 14ga. solid wire anymore. The cutting edges aren't chewed up, just won't stay aligned.
I replaced them with a pair of Knipex side cutters that are great.

Now I know I am gong to offend somebody but the official shop warning has been posted. Doesn't anybody know the proper name for side cutters is dykes?

I was worried I was the only person who had a bathroom out the back door, turn left, take 3 steps to the edge of the platform, and let it go.
