Yes, whenever I am wheeling and dealing with taxpayer money, as an elected official, I most certainly do! That is what the oath of office is for....remember that?

When that happens, there would be no reason to hide phone calls and meetings, right? Maybe even record the discussions for future transparency?

I'm sorry, but I just have to shake my head. It saddens me to think there are people that have no concept of what happens in the real world. I would EXPECT most of the true benefit our country is looking for to be hidden from the world's general knowledge base. The world is not all love and kisses. We have enemies and they do not need to know what our government is planning, whether that is offensive or defensive. This is not were petty politics need be discussed.

Welcome to the USA we give money to everybody .....

Except U.S.citizens (AKA the tax payers). I start my SS this month. I'm sure like everyone else, The amount is pitiful. Yet the U.S. gives away Billions every year to other countries
