Yes, The cusomer from h-ll. I charge a Idiot tax when possible.:laughing:

For some ... there is no "idiot tax" high enough. I try to be diplomatic when ever possible ... I have in the past actually escorted more than one customer out the door.

Someone stated "if you want to stay in business" ... well I do and I have ... if you want to do business with me ... its under my terms and conditions or get it else where. Yes, thats a strong statement.

What happened to the OP, he just quit responding. I guess we will have to depend on Skidsteer Express to fill us in on the fix as the OP seems to have just vanished from the thread.

I work a 50-60 hour a week job as well as farm in the afternoons & weekends.

When I'm not at my job that pays the bills I am working on the farm so I don't always have time to post everyday.

I will update this as I have information dealing with the original post.

I now have enough were I can dictate my terms, its nice not having to eat every piece of crap.

I've been a small business owner for over thirty years and I've got or had customers that I won't call back.

Customers are not always right ... they like to think they are. As Gary stated interesting that the OP has not been back.

There are more than one on this thread that I don't need to do business with.

Well if you do not feel that you need to return a phone call from a customer with a problem, you can surely count me as one of those customers that you will not do business with.

When I started some many years ago I kissed everyone ***** that walked in the door and found many a customer that no matter what ... they could not be pleased with any outcome...all these years later I have learned the true value of a customer.

The saying is not my slogan ... it is the way my business is conducted and frankly I have a very good business with one problem ... I can't keep up. Currently I'm 7-10 days out on my orders, my fair share with repeat customers ... I live the american dream and wish it for everyone.

I'm lucky ... I have one boss, me ... I do as I want, when I want.

I'm not here to pick an arguement.

Me either... I have a business also. I know there are people who take the phrase "The customer is always right" to far and feel they can be abusive to business owners. But those people are not the norm, and we don't have to put up with that. We all deserve respect. But it is dangerous to get "cocky" and start treating all customers as though you are doing them a favor by allowing them to do business with you. Customers deserve respect too. And ignoring one with a problem is not just poor business it is rude. Any customer whos communication is ignored for two weeks has a right to be angry.
