Nah, but I did advise the OP to start this thread after he posted originally with a title that few would associate with a warranty problem. So, yes, I guess I am a bit invested in the outcome.

Glad things worked out and that SSE showed us they can be trusted to make things right even if they initially dropped the ball.

Sounds like the OP needs to edit his post and change the title so it is not so negative since now they are standing behind their product and resolution only took 7 days. That is not bad even if they didnt get back to him for a few days. Most large business would have been months getting a resolution as example Kioti FEL issues. I do think all the negative poster here should send an apology to Skidsteer Express for all the bad mouthing and supposition that was done even after Bill announced his intention to fix the problem. I am sure glad I dont own a business because I KNOW I could NOT put up with some of the attitudes expressed here, at least not in person. Emails I can ignore.

It's too bad SSE couldn't have taken care of this sooner but mistakes happen. But it's nice to see that in the end they did step up and resolve it in a way that I think everyone would agree is very acceptable.
