When tou get her running use premium, it doesn't have grass gas in it. After several trips to the mower repair shop he finally told me about it.
That depends where you live. In Indiana all gas sold for on road use must have 10% ethanol in it. Only gas that is exempt is for aviation, marine, and off road use like from a co-op but that is almost impossible to find.
Diesel here is the same way. It all must contain 2% bio.
Both were required as of 2 years ago when a law was passed. I hate it but it helps my business fixing things that are gummed up.
I recommend 100LL aviation gas in all small engines or if you must run 87, 89, 91, or 92 use Marine Grade StaBil for Ethanol. Not the cheap old red crap StaBil has sold for years. This stuff is blue or black and much stronger. 10 oz bottle will treat 100 gallons and cost about $6 at WalMart.
