You are probably correct.The Deutz is under 48" wide without the bucket. It is a very compact and heavily built unit. For reference, if you were to stand beside the unit in the trader add, the seat height would be at your hip.
The current model is the agrokid 30.

But if you compare that to a skidsteer, that has the ability to do a 360 degree turn in it's own tracks,(which is needed more often than not on small properties)and has all the Q/A attachments available for almost any task needed for landscaping. It's easy to see that a skidsteer is much more machine with more capabilities for landscaping small properties in a 'suburban' setting.
