So here's what the weatherstripping looks like up close:
What you see above is the factory cut. I cut the metal portion with a cutting wheel, and then used metal shears for the rubber, and trimmed it up with a razor blade. I then installed the weatherstrip and used just the metal shears to cut it to length (so I didn't have to to take the whole piece off again). Turned out pretty decent, but not perfect. Turns out I still got 60% left, so I can do it a 2nd time.
But I figured I'd go ahead and install the rest of the hardware first. So I tried to install the rear wiper motor, but it doesn't fit.
Holes are too far apart. So I check out jdparts.com, and sure enough, the 2011 and older Ms use a RE201977 wiper motor and the 2012 uses RE261832.
Of course the iT4 5085M on jdparts.com does not show a rear glass pane part number. Only the Tier 3 5085M section does. That part number is R206835. Guess I'll need to call the dealer tomorrow and get this sorted out.
I also noticed that the range lever touches the cutout on the floor towards the seat when in range A or B.
I'll get them to adjust that when I take it in.
Also noticed hydraulic oil dripping from the rear transmission.
I'll make sure they take care of that once the cab is off.
Hopefully cab frame will be in this week. It was released to the factory early last week, whatever that means.
