Still stuck at work drinking a cup of coffee machine coffee and eatin' a stale bag of chips.

"No Knowledgable Content" What about ... preparing, seasoning, wetting the chips, right temp, right timing ... there is a ton of knowledge involved ... especially as the Beer and the TN Apple Jack starts to work.

(I don't even know what TN applejack is) I assume a drink???

Yes, it is a very good drink... in moderation of course !

Its gettin dark, so I sense you must be taking a taste of those ribs about now to temper that Applejack !

When I smoke a pork butt I gotta have several "taste tests" between sips...

Is it a straight drink on the rocks or do you recommend a mix ... I'm curious now so I'm gonna see if the Liquor store has some.

1 part Jack Daniel's® Tennessee whiskey
2 parts apple schnapps
1 part sweet and sour mix
1 part club soda



Mix in glass on the rocks.
