Snow Attachments Snow removal over gravel?

/ Snow removal over gravel? #51
Guys, Here are some photos of the 1-1/2 inch PVC installed on a 6' KK backblade. I started at one end of the blade and used the sledge to persuade it into position over the full length. Seemed to work well, but performance when it gets below zero remains to be seen. Shatter of the pipe may be an issue, less so perhaps with a larger diameter pipe.

Wow...can't beat the cost and the results. Great idea to add it to your bucket as well for the season.

Thanks

A set of gauge wheels makes for a simple solution.

I've always used our snowblower up here, yep I throw some stones if it's adjusted to aggressive but I just use the smaller tractor with the back blade backwards to work the area until it's frozen down then hit it with the blower when we get a good snow.
