So talked with kioti they talked about exchange it . Not share . My wife's boss is a lawyer and said if it is a even trade with a new one then yes you shouldn't have to pay anymore you gave them a year and some odd months to get it right. By law you gave them a lot of chances. As he is friends with AG here in Maine. Or as he said you could get what you own on loan back not the hole amount as there is ours hrs on it. We will see right now my brain has enough on its mine with how am I going to help a family heat and how I can get my health issues fixed need back surgery but can't be as he said lade up for a yr.

That is FANTASTIC NEWS !! As I mentioned, I would think Kioti would be a reputable manufacturer and take care of you given better visibility of the issues you have had. They gain so much by giving top tier service and not letting this fester. Please keep us posted as to the resolution, TBN is a great sounding board for these issues. This is the type of service that vaildates up and coming manufacturers and if this comes to fruition, hats off to Kioti.

Whatever you say; and BTW, there is NO intimidation, or innuendo coming from me. I'm not saying what it is that's problematic about his statement until he steps up and shares his location and what brands he owns- that's MY choice to deal with those who obviously have something to hide, and NO credibility whatsoever with me on this forum. He seems to like to pass judgement on what companies should have on staff at dealerships, and wants to imply that unless Kioti has what he deems necessary then they're not a reputable company!?

If you will be happy with another tractor like you have go for it. If you don't want another tractor shoot for a full refund. Good luck.
