Chiggers and fire ants.

Ummmmm, you can keep those.. lol
We do have fireants around Brisbane area that came in a container they think. Spread like wildfire. Now they have a helicopter fitted with infra-red specially for locating them. Hopefully they will be eradicated????

One fox red lab charged with keeping them all in order (does a very poor job -- more a retriever than a killer!)

We shouldn't :) It's very controversial as we have had reported sightings over many decades, intensive searching for them, their scat or hair in the bush, and yet no one yet has been able to find any physical evidence. It's still just sightings. Some sightings may be very large feral cats or thir could be panthers - maybe. Until someone catches one there will be skeptics.

Mike

Strange, Texas Parks and Wildlife says the same thing here about the black panther sightings in central Texas. Many sightings but no evidence - so they don't exist. I have seen it 7 times and once a pair. They are way too big for a feral cat. Locals even have a name for it: "Moab Monster".

i never knew how many coyotes roamed around at night until i got these cameras. the bobcat was a real suprise because i have only seen 1 in person and that was years ago 20 miles from my place. bears are curious and the infrared must have caught its attention because he ended up knocking the camera over (it was not attached to a tree that time) after it snapped a few pics.. i guess he didn't like that i was taking his picture. :)
