Mike,
Yep that one from TSC is a spinning tray. I haven't looked at them for a while but there used to be a company that made a spreader that had both. You could just unbolt the one and swap in the other. However, I don't have a clue who made it. Maybe somebody else here might be able to help.

It certainly is a small world. You probably would not recognize the Grove City area if you haven't been back for a few years. There is a huge outlet mall at the grove City exit at I-79. Plus all the related builup around it ( restaurants, hotels, etc.)

There is a good chance that I have been on your grandfathers farm as we have drilled a bunch of natural gas wells in the area. Same around the Lake Wilhelm area. The fishing on the lake has really improved over the years and is a great spot to get some quiet time on the water. Never a lot of boats as there is a 10 hp limit.

JimmyO,

I had not been in the area for nearly 25 years and drove through there two summers ago. I had trouble recognizing the old farm and farm house. The land is still undeveloped but covered with new growth trees. Like everywhere else, the areas change and grow. It is to be expected.

The guy I buy horse feed from also sells lime in 50 pound bags ($1.95 each) that he says will work with a spinner type spreader. He mentioned 3 types;

hydrated (won't work with spinner)
pelletized (will work with spinner but is expensive)
third type - I can't remember what this type is

Anyone ever hear of this third type of lime?
