how many cold cranking amps do i need i have to get new battery tractor wong turn over fast enough in this cold weather it has a small lawn battery in it now thats what was in it when i bought it 2 cl 15 hp

Get as many CCA as will fit in the battery tray. The 2 cylinder has a history of hard starts in the cold. Get a block heater too for one of the freeze plugs. Make sure the glow plugs are working too.

I use a group 51 for both of my 3 bangers.

Do yourself a favor and put Mobil "1" in the crankcase!!! I can't afford to use it in my car, but for only a quart to quart-and a half, you won't believe the cranking speed difference in cold weather!! ~Scotty
