Just my luck, the one bug in the entire shop finds the wet paint.

Paint is dry and putting it back together. It's not perfect, but not too bad for my first time using a paint gun. I had some runs on the sides I had to sand off and re-paint and a few other little goofs, but all and all I was happy with the outcome.

I painted the ramps and extras after the trailer was fully cured and pulled outside. The ramps were the hardest thing to paint for me.

Next came the wiring. I found some great connectors that have the solder and shrink tube built in, just use a heat gun to melt the solder, they are see-through so you can tell when it melts, saved me a lot of time. The trailer has 52 lights, an onboard battery, battery charger, winch, etc., so there was a bit of wiring.

Here's a few pics of the lights, i'll post more when I get the ramps and all the extras installed.

Man that is good looking. I love it when my stuff looks nice and new. I hate to say it but you might as well put a scratch in it. That way you won't be as mad when someone else does. Great build
