Squeeze Clamp Replacement 2210

My 2210 is leaking antifreeze and I need to replace the squeeze type hose clamps on the radiator hose. Can I open up the squeeze clamps far enough to get them off? I want to avoid draining the antifreeze.

Even if you can't open them up far enough to remove them you could move them back out of the way for the new hose clamps but I suspect you can work them with pliers till you get them off.
