SSdirt bucket

I'm putting together a dirt bucket today. I wanted to post my design for any comments or suggestions. I'm building it out of material I ha ve around. the flat plate is all 5mm. The bucket teeth are axel material from an f150. the angle iron is 3/16. the tube is 2x4x1/8 or 2x2x3/16. still undecided. width is about 53". Its going on a 1970 2520 with 5000lb breakout.

How much this costing you

Nothing since I have all the material from a robot cell that was scrapped. CAD says it weighs around 300 lbs if that gives u an idea of cost. 500 lbs of 1/4 plate from alro is 324. Thats more than enough material.

Keep in mind that I did not get a hard edge. I am layering 1/4 plate in a stairstep and filling with weld. Kinda makes a hard edge. If it wears, I can reweld. U R in Michigan and there is a place in Northern Indiana. Not sure how thick the bucket is, but price is right.
