I am an absolute beginner. I did some small projects with a harbor freight 90 amp flux core welder. I would like to learn and do things on my own. I don’t need high end and expensive tools that I wont use enough. I was looking at these on amazon that gets good reviews.

For the price, maybe they would serve my needs. Opinions are appreciated. Thank you!

I gave my son the 3 in 1 Primeweld. Paid less than $500.
Plasma cutter works great and the consumables are cheap.
My son says the dc TIG welds fine, and the stick welding was smoother than our miller.
In my opinion its an inexpensive way to get multiple welding functions and a cutting option.

Buy and everlast DC stick machine and don't look back... The Everlast rep is an advertiser on this board and will give you a TBN discount. least he did for me.

Did the same for me when I bought my PowerPlus plasma cutter. Great people to deal with.

Get the PA200.. Talk to Mark at everlast. ....................

Spoke with Mark last evening. Good guy. He recommended that I try 7014. The PA200STi is headed my way and I'm looking forward to trying it out.
