Yes, the sun module will add regen to systems when this is not an option in the directional control valve. It does require external plumbing and I doubt is used on the vast majority of tractors since most valves designed for FEL use have this feature built into them.

Like glastron stated: The Sun modules offer some other options like load holding, automatic swith over from regen to full power dump (pressure operated) and are placed at the point of use to reduce the high line flows going through the directional valve.

To the OP: Some companies do offere both mechanical and electric control of the same valve stack. I do NOT know if the prince stack you are looking at offer this feature.

Having both electric and manual in the same valve stack is NO PROBLEM. Having manual and electric on the same control valve is what I have never seen. Maybe I'm just misunderstanding the statement? :confused3:

The PDF never said anything about regen, but the question if a spool valve can have both manual and solenoid is true.

And there it is. :thumbsup: Compact too, at only 15.59" long and 7.9" tall. I would think that the cost might even go along with it's size. :confused3:

Think I have a plan of attack now. Going to go ahead and use the seperate prince loader control valve (w/ 3 postion swith handle for graple) with all functions I want with power beyond located conveniently next to seat and forward a tad and then go from that valve to a set of stack valves just to right and back but still easily within reach to control all other functions I need. Yes will require more plumbing and location design but I have a brand new hydraulic flare tool set im itching to use plus allows me to add down the line if the desire or need arises. Thanks again guys
