Starting over

Well my direction on purchasing took a dramatic turn. I stopped in a Kubota dealer and the salesman heard what I wanted to do and said I should look at a skid steer. Since the majority of my work will be cleaning and thinning heavy wooded area (40 acres) he said the mobility and toughness of a skid steer far outweighs the advantages of a tractor. That and the ability to move forward using a Ground shark wood cutter vs looking backward the majority of time using a wood cutter on a tractor.

My price went up dramatically but its definitely the tool I need.

I'm looking to buy a C232 New Holland Skid Steer with tracks.
