I have learned a bunch of good useful information from everything attachments and hope they manage to get the issues resolved soon

It doesn't explain their failure to pay the property taxes on their current location. That indicates a serious cash flow issue beyond the building dispute. $50k is not a lot of money for a business their size.
It also doesn't explain there continuing to operate their website in a business as usual manner.
We don't know the details. $50K for a large business may be just a single annual or even a quarterly payment that is late.

This delay on moving the factory, or increasing the space could throw everything off kilter, and could lead to disputes with multiple entities.

Or it could be somebody that got over-extended and is looking for excuses to not pay.

Fighting in court for a resolution could be a very long process.

Meanwhile Ted or others at EA could easily put a simple note on their site and suspend taking orders, but they instead choose to continue taking money for products that may never get built and shipped.
How do you know that for a FACT? What happens when you actually enter a CC number for a purchase and hit "Complete transaction"?

Add in the fact that the website will still let you place an order and pay for it, and you get an even clearer picture.
Did you actually just have your CC charged for a purchase to EA? Post some evidence.

Everyone is getting a pretty good picture now that it closed, no orders are being fulfilled, and no news of any refunds other than charge backs to credit cards.

Add in the fact that the website will still let you place an order and pay for it, and you get an even clearer picture.
There could be legal issues with attempting to close down the web site.

I have issues now acting on someone's behalf trying to close out accounts.

Unless you know, you don't know. To me EA gets the benefit of the doubt until they don't. Everyone I've heard about who actually has their products seems impressed. You don't know the local politics either. Maybe the contractor has friends that are helping to pressure EA to cave in and pay them despite the problems. Maybe Ted irritated some in the county. Lien holders and governments will try to jump ahead if they sniff BK because they want to get PIF. Cash flow does dry up when you are forced to cease planned operations due to others. That is why you have a lawsuit pending. Lawyers often recommend C11 BK to get around some of this stuff.

You do realize this is like saying AT&T is responsible for you buying something because you called the company on your AT&T phone and placed the order.

If orders are not being fulfilled as agreed to, it is solely the companies responsibility.
It's a question of "what did they know and when did they know it", and "was there anything they could have done". Also there is a difference in legal duty and moral responsibility.

And I think Muhammad recognizes that now. He has taken some additional positive stepts to further disconnect TBN from EA and provide some notice to TBN members to use caution when ordering from EA right now.

Your statement above is completely absurd.

This is unfortunate for all involved. I've ben thourghly satisfied with all my attachments purchased (3 grapples, box blade, and landplane). I never did like the 'pay now, ship later' process of obtaining the goods. I sincerly hope it all works out for Ted and the employees.

I'm sure I'll get flamed for this.

All those that need the proper information should have it by now. If they haven't pursued the proper avenue to recoup any monies, it's on them. EA will wisely not come on this or any other site and tell y'all what occurred if their legal advisor is worth their salt. I haven't dealt with them, nor am I affiliated with them in any way. I do hope they rebound from whatever has happened.

For those that don't know, I work for a large heavy truck dealership.

I know salesmen who would skip their mothers own funeral to contact a customer. Especially if they know it's going to make or break a sale.
The bosses over those salesmen would go apocalyptic if word got to them that a customer was having trouble reaching a salesman that had worked on a deal with them.

It's okay to have problems, or run into issues. The lack of communication, even if it's a simple "We've run into some difficulties we can't discuss, however we are still working on getting equipment out to those who ordered it." was the final straw for me to turn the matter over to my CC company.

Again, I hope I'm just being a nervous nelly and EA comes back stronger than ever. However it doesn't look like that's the case.

I don't see EA recovering from this as too many customers will not want to risk money billed immediately to wait months for a delivery. That ship has sailed.
