I ruined 2 pair of Wolverine gloves and a shirt on a spinner. I like it and use it a lot, but be careful and choose one with smooth attachment hardware.

ugh, after getting my breath back for a while, let me tell you I have a real nice baseball sized bruise right in my gut. Good thing I'm not skinny or I would have really picked up speed and hit hard. Ugh.![]()
