Storage/tool box for chainsaw related items?

I did discover that the Plano box design with the removable lid seems to be a bit more weatherproof than the hinged lids.

The Walmart lid would collect water where the Plano would let it run off. To be fair, the Plano is also molded to be stackable, and the Plano feels more substantial than the Walmart tote, IMO. Home Depot has the Plano 56qt for $20, but seems like Amazon has been trying to charge more perhaps to offset the delivery cost?

I put our highly modified plano box into saw service in 2017 and they have done fine being beat-up in the box of a atv. Last so long, there price makes little significance. I see they are $25 on Amazonie today. I drilled 1/4 holes in the box bottom to let moisture out. Aren't you folks making modification to make them more practical for sawyer use?

I use these surplus military ammo cans for a variety of storage purposes. I have a dozen or so in various sizes. They are cheap, weatherproof, made of metal and darn near indestructible. I bolt handles to the lids for portable use or attach them to implements. I have one mounted on the backstop of my FEL forks for doing woods work.

Its to small at 32"H x 13"W x 6-1/4"D even if have two of them. To heavy and will rust. The plano boxs are HDPE and are easily modified, don't rust and lighter in weight. Yet strong enough to sit on.

Here is better photos of the plano box we use. Can have two gallons of oil in it, but usually don't. The bottom has 1/4 closed cell foam on it. Note the file storage tube.
