Storm scare....I need some thoughts/opinions

That splitter appears to be grounded. Its tied in with the other phone stuff.

Phone and DirecTV should all be tied into the MNG as well. DirecTV has a bad habit of using #14 Cu for ground. I like 10 awg. Also, if the dish is mounted on the roof I like a #6 going straight to a 6' ground rod from the dish mount.
