Back in the day, I used to deal with this issue a couple different ways. Both need patience.
First, heat the PIN! Yep, expanding the pin in the bore and letting it cool completely was some times all it took to break the rust bond between the pin and the parent metal. Then you could pound it out.
Second, I was pretty skilled with a cutting torch. You needed a substantial one and MAP also helped. I'd carefully gouge out the pin until I blew a hole clear through. Lots of times this was aided by the grease port that would go at least half way through. Then I'd finish it off by clearing a cut all the way through to the parent bore. You have to be patient like I said, but I never nicked the bore! Then pound it out.
